Tuesday:     9:00 a.m.--10:30 a.m.                                 Karate/Goshin-Do (adults)

                     6:30 p.m.--8:00 p.m.                                  Karate/Goshin-Do (children)

Wednesday:  6:30 p.m.--7:30 p.m.                              Tae-Bo (aerobic kickboxing)   

                       7:30 p.m.--9:00 p.m.                              Karate/Goshin-Do (adults)

Thursday:     9:00 a.m.--10:30 a.m.                             Karate/Goshin-Do (adults)

                       6:30 p.m.--8:00 p.m.                              Karate/Goshin-Do (children)

Friday:           Private training:  by appointment only

Saturday:     10:30 a.m.--12:00 p.m.                        Karate/Goshin-Do (all students)

                      12:00 p.m.--1:00 p.m.                          Open Mat (Kumite / Kata / Etc.)
